💛 A Call for Love, Hope & Support for Brave Tashreeq 💛

Meet Tashreeq, a courageous young fighter who is currently battling eye cancer. His journey has been filled with more pain and challenge than any child should ever have to face. He recently underwent a skin graft on his arm, with skin taken from his leg. The healing process has been difficult, especially after his arm became infected from all the continuous needles and probing.

Tashreeq’s mom, who has been his constant source of strength, lost her job due to the frequent hospital visits needed for his treatment and check-ups. To survive and provide for her son, she started a small takeaway business, and whatever profit she makes is used for transport to hospital and some of his nutritional needs. But it’s simply not enough.

They live in a tiny one-bedroom space, shared with Tashreeq’s grandparents, where his mom and dad sleep on the bed, and he and his brother share a double bunk. The space is leaking badly, and with winter here, it has become nearly unbearable. His mom's wish is simple: to seal and insulate their home, and create a more comfortable space where her son can rest and heal in peace. If possible, she would love to extend the room just enough to create a proper space for their beds and living needs.

Right now, Tashreeq is struggling emotionally, and we at the Kids-Can Cancer Foundation want to remind him that he is not alone. We want to bring some hope and smiles back into his life — and we know that, with your help, we can.
